The best way to assign a customer to a specific port is to give them their
own phone number and have the phone company route it where you want it.
Some telcos do this and others don't.

If you're trying to do something a little less specific, like make sure
only a specified group of users can log into a specified PM, then try the
NAS-IP-Address check item in RADIUS, e.g.:

username Auth-Type = System, NAS-IP-Address = 123.123.123.123

This will deny "username" on any PM other than "123.123.123.123".
