Why would you want to? It is possible but I wouldn't recommend it. The
best way is to use the latest/greatest from Livingston (errr... Lucent) and
put the TotalControl specific attribute entries in the Lucent dictionary
file.
Assuming 3Com has followed the proper procedure to add vendor-specific
attributes, this should work fine. If they're like Ascend and developed
their own attribute type and put a half million oddly numbered attributes
in there, it could be a disaster.
