WARNING!

3.7.2 of ComOS apparently will DELETE a filter loaded from Choicenet when
the user who loaded it logs out!

This is true EVEN IF OTHER USERS REFERENCE THE SAME FILTER ON THE SAME
PORTMASTER.

This makes a *lot* of the potential uses for Choicenet in a large ISP
installation rather non-functional (like the idea above).

I'd hack Choicenet's server to return unique filter IDs (and hack our Radius
daemon to do so as well) but Choicenet daemon source *IS NOT AVAILABLE*.

I have a ticket open on this with Livingston; it has basically made
Choicenet useless here.
