Win 95 traceroute is broken. Can he ping or traceroute BEYOND the pm 3?
Is it ANY customer or just one? Also Windows changed their default ping
packet size to 32 so youd think you were getting faster pings on a Win box
versus the standard unix 64 byte packet size.
