(PM) PM2 Does not appear on tracert

Hi,

I am very very new to all this and have a minor problem. When a customer
dials in and go to
do a traceroute the portmaster does not ping or show up. Where the pings
and the name should
appear it only shows an asterisk *. Is this normal ?
