(PM) Livingston Routers with Unix DHCP central server?

Does anyone have any practical examples of using a unix-based DHCP server
(e.g. ISC's server) with Win95/NT and/or Mac clients through one or more
Livingston routers? (something like

DHCP Client->OR/U->PM3->Unix DHCP server->PM3->OR/U->DHCP Client

All Livingston equipment is running ComOS 3.7.2 with "set dhcp" commands
pointing to the Unix server. Should the OR/U point to the PM3 which
points to the Unix server? I am seeing DHCP requests, in the log file(s),
but it looks like the answer is not getting back to the client.
