We've been fighting this one as well for months and have gone through two
fixes, the last of which has "held" without any NO-SERVICE for over 2
weeks. I don't know if what was causing OUR NO-SERVICE is the same as
what's causing YOUR NO-SERVICE, but 3.7.1m6 may be the answer. The guy who
was handling our call was Jason; if you ask for him specifically he may
know enough technical details to know whether our fix (?still hoping!)
might also be your fix.
