No, you can have far more than two. It is just saying "That destination
is reached via my ethernet"

>0.0.0.0 0 204.133.195.2 local NS 1 ether0

This is the default route, to get there go to 204.133.195.2

>204.133.195.0 24 204.133.195.11 local NL 1 ether0

And since the entire 204.133.195.0/24 is local to ether0, the way to get
to 204.133.195.2 is the ether0 interface.
