(PM) # of modems question.

I couldn't find the answer in the archives so I figured I'd ask.

If I have 1 PRI on a PM3 and have (1) 8-port modem card, what will happen
if 8 modem connections are established and a 9th one dials up?
I know ISDN would still be able to connect but would the modem user get a
busy signal?

What about CT1?
