(PM) Modem Config

Does anybody know why my PM2 would say that each port's default modem
configuration is usr-v34 but under my active configuration it is 'Not
Configured'? Is this normal? I have set s1-s9 modem usr-v34 and saved and
rebooted and all the other typical steps.
