Well, I haven't actually done it myself, but I have helped 2 others on
this list do it.

You need to add DIOD to the trunk class code translation to adjust the
digital pad in the switch.

Here are the specifics that seem to work best.

Trunk to line padding - hard set to 2db
Trunk to trunk padding - set it to 4db
Line to trunk padding - set it to 0db

DNIS should be set to 1 digit, 0 does not seem to work at all.
