Unless you never plan to grow use OSPF. Static routes scale like hell -
With n units EVERY unit needs n-1 routes. In other words you have to
manage n*(n-1) route entries. That is not pretty when you add units.
And invariably something gets missed and then you have to figure out
which.
OSPF is very low overhead on bandwith, lower then RIP by a good margin.
And none is 'faster' - doesn't matter if the route is OSPF, RIP, or
static, they all need to be looked up in the routing table.
