Very, very, very, Normal.... we average between 21.6 to 31.2
Are you in a rural area, we are, and there are several wanna be telcos
here and each uses technology older than me. This would seem to be a
teclo problem rather than a problem on your end. I tell users to expect
21.6, 24.6, 26.4, 28.8, and 31.2 I would say that 50% of the time it is
31.2, and the rest somewhere in between. I have noticed however, that
users in Our Ameritech Zone get the faster connects, than those using the
wanna be telcos.
