(PM) Boca Modem Question

Anyone have any experience w/ Boca V.34 (RPI) modems? driver updates/init
strings maybe.. i've searched boca's site, and the drivers i found were
actually older than my customer already had.. the problem i'm having : he's
unable to connect to my PM3's at all.. his complaint, "i was able to
connect to the other guys who use ascend".. i verifed this.. (kinda.. i was
able to connect to the ascend once with lots of errors) i'm able to connect
to my PM2's more frequently but this isn't an option. as he is in an area
that i've setup as RCF to my PM3's
