Is it for use with a Telstra Macrolink, OnRamp or something totally
different?

If it is an ordinary Macrolink
set isdn-switch TS014

For OnRamp
set isdn-switch net5

These should set all the necessary PRI configs.

Sounds like the isdn-switch type is misconfigured. That, or Telstra has
their end stuffed up ;)

One thought, you do have one or more modem cards to terminate voice (ie:
modem) calls, don't you?
