Of course - I'd expect that with what you have there. You forgot the hint
check item on the first entry. So technically these are the same entry
to RADIUS.

It will handle multiple 'DEFAULT' users, but I don't think it will
handle multiples of the same username. I don't know of plans to change
that, it is very unusual.
