(PM) PM3 takes ISDN Calls but no analog

We have a PM3 running ComOS 3.7.2 connected to a PRI, esf, b8zs line in
Bell Atlantic territory. The line has been working flawlessly since it was
installed several months ago. Several days ago it just stopped answering.
We checked with the Telco and they say that the problem is on our end.
Well that may be, but we are having trouble figuring out what may be wrong.
Here is what we know so far.

We can do an attach s0 and dial an ISDN number at one of our other POPs and
we get authenticated.
We can do an attach s0 and call back into the same box and get authenticated.
When we call into the POP with a standard phone or modem, we get dead air,
nothing...not k56Flex tone, etc.

A sh line0 shows the line up and everything normal.
A reboot of the box does not help. (have not cold rebooted)

Although this has not mattered in the past, we only have 1 8 Modem card in
this unit.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
