FWIW, someone earlier reported (should be in archives somewhere) that
Modems without error correction would have this happen quite often, hmmm
wonder why? ;)
So, check if the user is on a 14400 connect and direct and I bet they are
the ones on that modem giving you these reports of BAD CRC.....
