(PM) TCP/IP

Here is the problem.

I have about 20 callers callin over the last few days with the same
problem. ( Not likley to happen to all unless there was a possible problem
on our side. :( )

The error they get is:

TCP/IP error can't establish network connection.
Please check your server settings.

Any idea what would possibly cause this all at once...

There have been no changes to our configs here.
