testme Auth-Type = System, Framed-Protocol = PPP, Connect-Rate = 14400
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-IP-Address = 255.255.255.254,
Framed-MTU = 1500,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobson-TCP-IP

./dictionary file I show for Connect-*
# grep Connect- dic*
dictionary:ATTRIBUTE Connect-Info 77 string
dictionary:ATTRIBUTE Connect-Rate 1007 integer

testme can still dialup and get above 14400. Am I missing something?
