Just got back from a week of traing to find we have a customer with an
I-Modem who can not connect to a PM3 with 56K ISDN DOV. USR tech support
can connect with no problems but the customer instists that it is our
problem since he can make non DOV calls to another providor in town and
his is configured the same as USR's (Accoring to customer). When he
dials he hears a tone and then it hangs up. He is running Win95. Any
hints would help as I need to deal with this tommorow AM.
