He is running Windows 95 (OEM/modified copy by Legend Computers). Is it
really rejecting VJ compression? Why? Why is his computer hanging up via
PPP Terminate Req then we ack it I believe?

He is using a Rockwell K56Flex modem running 1.009 code by a generic
manufactuer. Everything looks ok (reinstalled the modem and dial-up
networking). My PM3 is running 3.7.2 and the PM2 3.7. Both have the same
problem.
