(PM) PM2ei NO-SERVICE

My NO-SERVICE bugs with BRI's going away (not fixable by resetting S or D
channels...only a reboot brings them back) came back, and convinced me to
give 3.7.2 a try. So far, it's only been a day, so it's too soon to say
if it's helped, but I can see that the blinking light bug introduced in
3.7 is still present. I have a BRI card with 2 BRI unoccupied (i.e. the
ports have never been configured), and under all previous (back to
3.3.something) releases, unused ports had their greeen light off. Under
3.7 and 3.7.2, the lights for unused ports blink as if to say "something's
wrong with this port".

Are there any plans to address that bug? Or is it a feature now?
