Okay just checking because, and I know this is different hardware, but
Ascend guys tell me that CSV MUST equal 2 for their products to work
right. I would think that with CSV=1 as long as the individual channel DNs
were in the hunt OR, the remote end calling in knew and dialed BOTH DN's,
then it didnt need to have csv=2.
