Once upon a time Tim Patterson shaped the electrons to say...
>Symptom -- Line stops sending LMI, cascade 9000 takes circuit

Can you get on the OR and run debugs when this happens? It would be
highly enlightening to see if the OR thinks it is sending LMI. If this
is the case, then it could be the CSU/DSU going south. I suspect that
since WAN code is common and it is working on your 2eR and other OR-HS
units.

>out of use after missing 3 LMI . Rebooting Adtran and OR-HS brings
>circuit back up. The condition only occurs on largefile download

What if you just cycle the Adtran?

>I did not think I could limit the bandwith out s1 to multible
>pvc's via the cisco

We don't control throughput, we rely solely on the extenal clock. If
the telco only wants you to have 128K max, then they should clock the
line at 128K. If you are buying service that allows higher burst volume,
then we're not going to limit it to something less.
