That was changed a long time ago. Originally that was the purpose, but
it was damn rare for any developers to use it, and more and more people
used it for RADIUS questions. So some time back I re-chartered the
list.

Livingston hosts several mailing lists. To subscribe to a mailing
list, email 'majordomo@livingston.com' with 'subscribe [listname]'.
To post to a mailing list of which you are already a member email
'[listname]@livingston.com'. And to unsubscribe from a mailing list
email 'majordomo@livingston.com' with 'unsubscribe [listname]'. If
you need assistance please email 'owner-[listname]@livingston.com'.
Where, of course, [listname] is replace by the actual name of the
mailing list. They are listed here:

General discussion group, will also have all traffic from -announce.
portmaster-users-digest
A digested version of the -users list.

Discussion group for users of Livingston RADIUS.

The discussion list for the IETF RADIUS working group.

Everyone is welcome on the mailing lists. However, if your address
begins to produce returned mail, or other errors, it may be removed to
stop the errors. If you receive notice that you have been added to
the 'bounces' mailing list, that means you have been removed from the
other list(s) and will need to resubscribe if you wish to remain
active on the lists.
Content rules are simple - ASCII only. NO HTML, NO MIME, NO
ATTACHMENTS! Any of these may result in your address being removed
from the list.
Note: Due to increased junk mail from outside sources, the Livingston
mailing lists are now restricted to posts from list members. If your
address is not subscribed to the list, your post will not make it to
the list. We're sorry for the inconvenience, we held off for a long
while.
