(PM) ComOS upgrade

Greetings all,

I have recently been assigned to upgrade the (3) PM2s from
ComOS 3.3.1 to 3.7.2. No big deal, I thought, since the
stories of success are prevalant. Anyway, when I went to do
the upgrade, I dl'ed ComOS 3.7.2 from livingston's web page,
and also PMConsole 3.5.3. Using PMConsole on Win95, I attempted
the upgrade. Failed, with the following errors:

Connection established to Portmaster, ComOS 3.3.1
Initializing File System
Requiest to download data denied <------ hmm, there must be something
I need to set, what is it?
Upgrade Aborted.

Tried it again on a Solaris 2.5 box, and my Linux box. All same
error, same result. I just recently began working here, and am
unsure as to what might have been set in order to deny me access
to the PM's.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Ive searched Livingston's
web page, nothing, tech support is somewhat confused, and is looking
for a solution, and Ive read this mailing list for quite some time,
and don't remember seeing this problem in the past.

Thanks again,

Brad Parker
