Nope im guilty. It happens so infrequently for us because, MOST of our
clients are dedicated and the dial-ins have redial on and they dont really
complain that much. Our system is MUCH better than it used to be and they
are so happy with the tcpip, that they dont complain much.

Thats why i didnt report it, but I think I have narrowed it down to the
phone co switch. I call swbt and "we" have been experimenting with the
settings and rollover,etc... to see what works best and the last time I
talked to anyone, I think we got it all working well cuz I have heard NO
MORE complaints and when I go home at nite, I dont get it myself.
