(PM) Global Village from Hell

ComOS 3.7.2, PRI lines, new 56K modems. User has a GV 56K Teleport with
the following ati3 output:

A824-K56_DLS V1.002_TP

I've been trying to help him stay connected. He can't get a reliable
connection. Either it drops after awhile or just plain fails to connect.

Any ideas on this modem? This seems to be the latest flasher for the modem.
