Please immediately call support and let them know this is what you are seeing
and have an Urgent ticket opened. This can be cleared by a power-cycle, but
we're asking that you don't do that until we can get on the box to log it.
We've seen this happen but not reproduced it and we need to catch info from
a unit when this is actually happening.
