Another one is the USR Total Control X2 box.
As far as I know there are 2 reasons for that...

First:
Some Units were send with a faulty Chip on the Netserver Card... If somebody
has the FC3 chip on the X2 box get the netserver card replaced.

Second:
A busy segment also seems to cause a reboot on the X2 box.
