Framed-MTU only sets the MTU on the NAS (and only with scripting as I said).
And it is actually MRU for PPP - you are setting the maximum receive unit
for the NAS.
Nothign RADIUS does can change the settings on the client end. We negotiate
MTU with the client - and note like most things in PPP it can be asymmetrical.
Smallest MTU wins for a given direction. If we want 1500 and the client says
552 - then it will be 552.
