(PM) Filter help!!

I am trapping this packet in my filter every 10 seconds or so. Can someone
tell me what the <44> and the 18 are? It appears to me to be a OSPF packet
but I am not sure how to let it through the filter.

Syslogd Log: [<44>18 deny: UNKNOWN from 207.206.32.145.513 to 224.0.0.5.44 ]
