(PM) DUN problems at remote PM3

We have a remote POP that's connected to our main site via a full
DS1. Located there are several PM2s (3.7) with USR courier modemsand
one PM3 (3.7.2 PRI 5ESS). We recently added a second PRI and modems
to the PM3, and around the same time upgraded from 3.7.1c1 to 3.7.2.

Since that time, we've been getting an inordinate number of customer
complaints from win 95 users that they cannot connect to the PM3
(unable to negotiate a compatible set of protocols). Since the
PM2s are on a separate hunt, the customers dial into that hunt &
bingo, they connect just fine.

All radius servers are at our central POP, so the remotes are
authenticating via a DS1. Traffic on the link peaks at 396kbps,
so we're not saturating the link at all.

Has anyone else seen a problem like this? We're going to configure
another radius server and place it at the site, but I don't think that I
want to just ignore this issue. MZ, any other similar complaints?

Best regards,

Bob Zachok
