MOT users have been reporting that since 3.7 if I recall. The client
initiates a slew of retrains (or was it renegotiations...) and no data can
flow during that period. I don't think there is causality with your
upgrading, and with all of the serious bugs in 3.7.1 I don't know why
anyone would step back.
