These I don't know, the munich is the PRI/T1 chip I believe. But these
look like engineering messages. Sometimes they get left in...

>net: Bad wanted 540, got 261

This means we got a packet with a header that claimed it was 540 bytes long.
But it was really 261 bytes long. Therefore we treat it as munged.
