The tftp commands aren't supported in ComOS yet (no idea why they're even
included). They may work to some degree but aren't offically supported
and working yet.

Try to upgrade it with PMconsole - if that doesn't work go in and "erase
comos" and do it again and it should work. Don't use TFTP right now.
