(PM) Packard Bell 14.4 fails to negotiate

We've been able to get everyone connected, but there's one guy that has a
PB machine with a 14.4 modem in it and he can't connect to any of our PM3's
that are running ComOS 3.7.2. The modems fail to negotiate a connection.

Does anyone out there have any good ideas on a connect string to use for
this modem?
