Yes, I think that I'm experiencing the same thing. My customers say
that occassionally, they'll here their modem dial, ringing, then
nothing. It happens so infrequently that I've never been able to
reproduce it myself. Yet it happens frequently enough that I'll get
about one customer a week calling to let me know about it.

This started when I switched started using my PM-3 and it appears to
have happened on all ComOS versions that I've run (pm2_3.5.1b8,
pm3_3.5.1b20, pm3_3.7, pm3_3.7.1, pm3_3.7.2).

My dial-in lines are a simple hunt group (channelized-T1, no equal
call distribution) so I would expect that the modem at the beginning
of my hunt group would be the busiest and the one at the end the
least busy and roughly linear in between. That is the case except for
one modem (M3) as shown below.

Modem M3 is down about 50% from where I would expect it to be and
the other modems follow my expectations. BTW, these stats are since
I rebooted after upgrading to 3.7.2 three days ago. I didn't think
to look before that.

Is this related? I don't know, but it's the only evidence I can
find to let me know that something may be amiss.
