With all the messages about RCF i just had to try it myself :)
works great, i assume this error means the CO that the RCF is installed in
doesn't support ISDN yet? this is the debug output i get when i attempt to
dial-in via ISDN

S3: Sending Request Connect - 64Kbps / Voice (B4 ID:207)
S3: Received Connect - B4
S3: Received Disconnect Internetworking Unspec (B4 ID:207)
S3: Sending Disconnect Request
S3: Received Clear Conf (B4 ID:207)
