The Livingston Digital Line Center is constantly adding new telephone
providers to our portfolio. Please call our 800 number to find out
which telcos we work with in your area.

ie - it is limited to the carriers we have agreements with.

No one has to use something they don't like. But we have had a lot of
demand for this service.

As for ProVision, I think everyone here already knows I didn't like it.
We're growing and I think you'll see changes in the paid support structure.
