The only way that I have found is by the "brute force" method. Call the
telephone company and say "What cities are in the Expanded Local Calling
Area for Podunk-town". Be sure to call the correct telephone company for
Podunk-town.

I have found the GTE order takers to be most helpful when I did this last year.

I don't have any PRIs so I can't answer your question.
