Depends on how the service is provisioned between the central offices of
the towns:

If the CO where the RCF is located does not have ISDN provisioning,
most likely an ISDN call will *not* work.

If the CO where the RCF is located does have ISDN provisioning, it
may work. The only true determination would be to try it.

Kflex and X2 should work unless there are some strange provisioning
between the COs. Again the only true test is to try it.

I setup an RCF in a switch that did not support ISDN and tried to forward
an ISDN call through it and it did not work. However, that was sometime
ago and I'm not100% sure that my test was correct.

Since RCFs are cheap to establish and don't require long term commitments,
I would propose that you install a single path for testing. If it works,
you can easily add more paths.
