On the digits, check and see what type switch you are hooked up to. If it
is a DMS-100 tell them to send 0 digits. I had boat loads of problems
until we changed this. They were sending 7 and my subscribers got normal
busies (when there were free lines), fast busies, recordings, and ring no
answers.

If its not a DMS-100 ask the LE channelized gurus.
