I would agree, stuff happens. But wouldn't it be so trivially easy to
just do a rebuild with the one byte error corrected and make it available
via ftp? Seems like that would take under one man-hour to do? Well
worth it, given the man-hours explaining away how one guy messed up
during the build on this list. Assuming that it is just a simple typo, I
wouldn't even expect a full testing cycle would be necessary. If it can't
be done... Its an example of how Livingston is becoming less and less
responsive to its customers. Clearly it is needed right now by at least
a few of your customers and it should require "zero" development time
to make it available.
