The customer doesn't - the server the customer dials into hands them to
the customer's computer at login time.
The DNS in the Network control panel should be disabled so that the
DialUp Networking connection uses those addresses it's been handed. I've
seen a couple of instances where the DUN connection happily ignores the
addresses handed to it by the server in favor of the ones specified in the
NCP - I also saw one time a DUN use the servers specified in the NCP, even
though DNS was disabled!
We've always left the DNS blank and disabled and let the PAP negotiation
hand the customer the servers, and it's worked just fine.
