I would say the problem is on your RADIUS server and/or network.
If you say it happens at the same time every day... The Portmasters have
no internal RTC. I would look at what the RADIUS server is doing
at that time of day and/or what is happening with the rest of your
network (for example routing) at that time of day. For example is
something shutting down RADIUS to process logs, etc.
