Yes, it is there.

I live in Huntsville, where the Motorola modem division lives, and they
are pushing their 56k modems hard. They gave us some to test, and we
immediately found they were 0.516 and didn't work. They emailed us a
flash upgrade which hung part of the way through, killing the modem.
One of our tech support people went over to Motorola and got a new modem
and a new flasher on floppy. It only flashed up to 0.519, but then they
sent us the 1.0 modem code.

I tried it out last night at home (the POTS lines at work are from line
side terminated trunks --> no 56k there!). I got about the same results
as with a SupraExpress 56e.

I went from 28.8 with a SupraSonic 33.6 modem to 36k with a Motorola
ModmSufr 56k. I got 36-38k mostly with the SupraExpress 56e. One of
the other admins took the Supra to his house in Decatur, AL (a
neighboring city) and got 50k most of the time. Of course, he looks out
the back window at the BellSouth central office for Decatur.

This is all dialing in to our PM3s in Huntsville. He has to use area
calling to dial in, but he gets much better speeds. Try explaining that
to the local customers!
