With Advanced Digital Trunks, you do not run into blocking =
problems in the switch due to the cards that they terminate on.

You really need to talk to a traffic engineer if you suspect =
problems in the network. Of course, Jack Richards claims that =
ISP's have absolutely no impact on telco networks, so you know =
this can't be the problem. ;-)
