Umm. I belive this would only cover IDSL, Bring back the traffic over IP,
But If you chose to go the ADSL route I belive thats when you need access
to the copper, Then comes in CLEC status and colo space within the CO,
(Not FUN) and NOT CHEAP. Actually Paradyne publishes an awesome book
called the DSL Source book. I'd also take a look there.
